  [How to Determine Win/Loss]

  The person or team with the most ballons at the end of the final round wins.

  If the number of the balloons are the same, then the person or team with the most hits wins

  If the number of the balloons and hits are the same, then the first thrower wins.

  [How to Play]

  As the game starts, numbers will randomly appear on the player's balloons. Aim for your opponent's balloon.

  It takes 3 hits to burst a balloon.

  - Single: 3 hit

  - Double: 2 hits

  - Triple: 1 hits

  
  

  ※ You can adjust how many hits it takes to burst
     a ballon in Option > Game Setting

  As you hit your opponent's balloons,
  a fellow pelican will appear who can patch up your balloons.
  It takes 2 single hits, 1 double hit, or 1 triple to call the pelican

  
  

  Aim for the number that pelican is holding to patch up
  your balloons.

  You can make small changes in Game Setting.

  Press [Option] button before you throw any darts.

  
  

  Select Mode	You can select from various presets of difficulty.
  Hit Number	This will set the number of hits required to burst a balloon.
  Hit Target	This will set the areas that are allowed to be considered as a hit.
  Penalty	If you fails to hit the opponent's balloon at least once in your turn, one of your balloon will be marked off.

  [Game Over]

  Once you run out balloons,
  you will fall into the ocean and the game will end.

  
  

  ※ The game would continue until someone makes across
      the ocean or everyone falls.
